Welcome to Shaler Area Inline Hockey. Shaler Area Inline Hockey was founded to provide students the opportunity to represent our school district in the sport of Inline Hockey. Founded in 2000, by Al Andrzejczyk, Shaler Area entered four teams in the inaugural season. This season our program has expanded to include a total of twelve teams in four age divisions. The teams are made up of three Elementary, four Middle school, two Jr. Varsity and three Varsity teams. There are over 24 school districts that compete in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Roller Hockey League. The P.I.R.H.L. is the fourth largest organization of its kind in the U.S. as recognized by the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) of which we are a member.
