Welcome to Shaler Area Inline Hockey. Shaler Area Inline Hockey was founded to provide students the opportunity to represent our school district in the sport of Inline Hockey. Founded in 2000, by Al Andrzejczyk, Shaler Area entered four teams in the inaugural season.

This season our program has expanded to include a total of sixteen teams in four age divisions. The teams are made up of three Elementary, six Middle school, three Jr. Varsity and four Varsity teams. There are over 27 school districts (123 teams) that compete in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Roller Hockey League. The P.I.R.H.L. is the largest scholastic organization in the United States as recognized by the AAU (Amateur Athletic ) of which we are a member.
