practices during the Holidays. This means no practices the weeks of:

The account is
now set up and we are taking orders.
ALL ORDERS FOR THIS MONTH MUST BE PLACED BY NOON ON OCTOBER 22

If you order by email, all orders will be verified by a return email, so you
know we received your order.
Some of you have very creative email addresses. Please include your name as
well as your child's name and a phone number in your initial order. This way
I will know who you really are. The phone number is in case we have a
question on your order and need to call you. Your number will never be
"given out" to anyone else. And your child's name is so I know who to apply
profits to. If you have two children we will use your oldest child's name
for the account. It just makes the accounting easier to only have to apply
money to one account and it will still be available to use on all your
children.
Remember all orders are in increments of $100 and if you do not specify what
denominations ($25 - $50 - $100) you will automatically get the cards in
$100 denominations.
In the past few weeks when we were "fishing" for interest in this
fundraiser, some of you may have already "told" us how much you wanted, but
please tell us again so we are sure that is what you want.
You will be contacted when they come in and they will be available for
pickup immediately. We receive them no later than 72 hours after we place
the order with Giant Eagle.

This is a really easy way to start accumulating money toward next years
fees. It's free money for shopping at Giant Eagle and GetGo. If this does
well we may even be able to take orders twice a month.

2008 - 2009 Fee Schedule
The following fees have been established for the 2008-2009 season:
The fee is $450.00 per player plus $25.00 for a new white jersey. New
jerseys will be purchased for all returning players on middle school teams
thru varsity teams and all new elementary players. A $25.00 discount for
the 2nd player and any additional immediate family members, if all
financial obligations are satisfied by September 1st, can be deducted from
your final scheduled payment. Fees are due:
$125.00 by June 1 ($100.00
playing fee + $25.00 shirt fee)
$125.00 by July 1
$125.00 by August 1
$100.00 by September 1

If player’s fees are not satisfied by October 1, 2008, the player will
not be eligible to play inline hockey until his/her fees are satisfied. Any
member who experiences financial hardship must contact a board member
immediately for financial arrangements. There will be no refunds for any
reason.
All Players (except returning elementary) will incur the additional fee
of $25.00 for the new white jersey.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE A $25.00 FEE FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS AND A $10.00
LATE FEE FOR PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY THE FINAL DUE DATE.
